2019 CC
I’m 123 Kgs ( yes , fat and heavy )
I have the pressures ok I think both front and rear for the compression
But close bumps ie fast multiple hits say rutted field seems really harsh !
So is rebound setting the trick here , not touched since collection , if I wind both front and rear...
2019 Carbon Comp :
Started yesterday , when I switch power on lights now go up and down then off ?
I now have to press the electric symbol or the bar control and it then stays on ???
It just used to stay on with no other presses before , is this a fault or have I f**ked something up ?
Is it just me I am running a cut front mudguard on the rear of my carbon 2019 to stop the majority, but don’t want to stick anything ugly to the frame !
I am hoping that if any damage occurs that it will be covered until spesh come up with a neat professional looking fix !
Thoughts ...
Interesting point and I understand this logic , personally now as over 50 I try to avoid jumping stuff as too many crashes and broken bones has improved my self protection response, keeping rubber to ground as much as possible now, so speeding toward gaps of certain death is not required ! Lol
Just interested to know the reasoning , I thought that I would think the speed was too low but after riding it’s actually ok ,
Off-road it’s good and coming down I switch down anyways
With the implications regarding warranty, I would not like to meddle with my £6000 investment .
But...
I’ve got a proper park tools stand but am slightly worried about clamping the carbon , with my downhill norco I just do the top tube and tighten it up good and tight ( alloy )
What’s the thoughts ???
Picked up my Carbon Comp today only ridden about 5 miles but seems to keep lagging when riding especially in turbo mode ???
Demo ‘ed the 2018 Carbon and this didn’t seem to do this , seemed more fluid ? Any ideas ???
But it’s a lovely looking beast ?
