Has anyone done the software upgrades for the EXe? Did you notice a difference? How many upgrades are available now?
Mine is hanging in the basement waiting for spring.

I had a medium EX 9.8 2017 version and I have a medium EXe, both fit me perfectly, I am about 5'6". I tried a small years ago and it felt way to short for me. MTB's in general have gotten longer over the last few years.
I can't help but wonder if you consulted a Doctor? Might be a better place for medical advice than a eMTB forum?
Just a friendly thought from Canada eh!
I am curious why you would shorten the shock stroke and the travel? I have a medium EXe and I am also 5'6 with about 28 inch inseam, it fits just fine. As for pedal strikes, I came from a bike with a very low BB so this seems like heaven.

Others thoughts are...

Hi All,
I have a Trek Fuel EXe 9.8 and I am loving it. I haven't really had issues with it outside of the things noted in the forum; the chainring lock needed to be tightened. Thanks to the forum for identifying that issue so that I knew what the solution to the creaking was.
I am wondering if...
