I see benefit in the slash E having a removeable battery for that exact reason, could be used at the park as a non e-bike, ( and perhaps id consider upgrading my analogue slash in that scenario ), but the weak TQ motor means taking the bike up decent ascents to be able to do the gnarly downhill...

Well pretty disappointed if its a tq 50nm. Why bother. The exe fills that slot. Better to have added a stronger motor

That’s because you didn’t buy the base model alloy which is the ice blue colour the op mentioned. It had different spect for the base alloy

Comp is not the base model alloy and has previously had mm tcu. The base alloy model has only had the non mm tcu but that’s changed now.

Base model alloy now has 700W battery, DB8 Brakes AND MM TCU. Surely all they have done is take the old stock and stick and MM TCU and battery in them and repackaged? yet keep hearing that MM TCU isnt compatible with the older alloy. ISNT or the just dont want it to be. bloody annoying,

just bought s4 Alloy Levo. 180 - 181 CM tall. I will put a 35MM stem on and riser bars to lift the front end up a bit and reduce reach as the s4 is at the longer end for me.

If it’s the ice blue I just bought them 500w battery vs 700 and mastermind ( lcd display ) vs non. Also adjustable headset cups maybe not on the 2022. I bought same bike and upgraded it to higher spec than carbon comp for cheaper

Did you buy the headset kit seperate or did it come with the bike? Thanks

Can you take photos inside your head set. I was told the frames wouldn’t fit the cups as the space was too small. :)
