Sorry - mostly use ECO except when going up steep stuff and need extra assist. Never ridden for more than a minute or two in boost, but I have towed my son up a fire trail often and that would be a total of 250kg for a couple of minutes.
Just did an hour off road today on very horse rutted dry trails from my house and no errors. So it is the original port the display plugged into as the display is currently in the "spare" Di2 port on the motor.
Thanks. I read about that. I was on smooth tarmac and my battery feels really solid. Once display is on, no amount of trying to manually shake the battery caused errors.
Meta Power 29 2019 - Anyone else had problems?
Mileage almost 500miles.
Bike was stored for 2 months (in dry warm garage with battery out and 100% charged). 15 minutes into ride first E10 error. Rebooted, then happened 3 more times on ride every 4 to 8 minutes. It was a road ride all in Eco...
Which Garmin App? I've git a Windsurfing/Kitesurfing one but it seems very inaccurate - seems to think I regularly jump 5m :). And I don't need to know my speed efficiency against wind direction......
Local to me are some fairly flat single track trails. The EMTB has doubled the fun ones by making the gentle uphills fast and more challenging. I am definitely having lots more fun on previously mediocre trails. And when you do get to trails with hills, or even road hills :)
Really enjoying this thread - entertaining and inspirational :) Want to start learning to jump and building a ramp once I have cracked a few "must do " garden chores for the boss. :)
Given beaches are now being closed and even local paths were heaving yesterday, it's just a matter of time sadly before everything is closed including trails. I'm trying to work out how interesting a trail I can build in my garden!
Sadly even that didn't last

Hi Dave,
not a levo, but I did rear Mudhugger on the rear to stop my dropper being covered and still got a lot of "Dorset" on the motor and bearings so added a from one in addition. I found the sand and gravel mixed with our clay to be particularly vicious. I had to give it a lot of thought as...
Hi and welcome.
Have you settled on a bike yet?
I'm in Purbeck and at 105kg easily get 35 miles serious off road riding in a mix of modes (often using teh higher assist levels near the end of teh ride as I tire on steeper hills. . I'm Shimano 504w powered and usually stay in eco as it gives a...
