Yeah I think e7000 is 60nm while the e8000 is 70nm but not much difference in power. From what I have read the e7000 is quieter and smaller and meant to be more smoother without any drag when the motor cuts out.
Look good enough to me in the pics, look way better than a levo to me even without an integrated battery. So if they look better in the flesh I'm on to a winner. Might just go for the standard sommet though as the e7000 looks powerful enough for my type of riding and nice and quiet and lighter...
Thok, that's northern for f*ck innit. ?
Can't make my mind up if I like it or not but I would definitely have the black over the red and at least you can fit a bottle cage with the battery on the underside.
Hopefully they will release soon as I'm getting impatient to get my hands on one. Even if it's the exact same bike as the 2018 I will still buy one. They should just make sure to make more of them this time.
Ok thanks mate will take a look. Currently my ride is a cube hardtail but I've been looking to get a FS for a while and the Vitus looks great for the money. I'm a newb to emtb but after 6 months of of dilly dallying I'm ready to pull the plug and I'm hoping the 2019 Vitus is as good for the...
Hey Gary, can you take a picture of the small Vitus so I can get a general idea of what it looks like as I'm thinking of getting a small size as I'm only 5ft 7 and think medium will be too big. Thanks
I've been looking at the Trek fs7 but waiting to see what the Vitus e-sommet 2019 looks like when it arrives in November. Would prefer not to buy online but with the Vitus you get great specs at a great price. Not sure would be any good to you in the USA though. If I had to choose between the...
Great, the meta power is one of the bikes I'm looking at so will be interested to see pics and reviews from you when it turns up.. bit of a risk buying online and would buy immediately if my lbs stocked this bike and I could test ride it also. Hope it works out for you and their customer...
Is there much difference between the 2018 and 2019 models, both look the same to me apart from the different colours. Which one did you go for out of the 2019 bikes? Sweet looking bikes though even if the battery isn't integrated in the down tube still looks cool, shame no bottle cage though.
Lol must stand out looking like an ebike then, even when the darker colour makes it look less obvious. Bet you wasn't the only one riding an ebike though, London to Brighton would kill me.
