Yeah,
Yeah, probably asking a lot from a 12v system on a light duty vehicle. A heavy duty system on a truck/van with tow package or an RV would be the way to go. Tap into the high voltage of an EV or hybrid? ?
You’re probably on the right track with an inverter but you might need something more heavy-duty like this:
I think this has been discussed so do a search. I don’t know the current draw of the charger but I bet it’s well over the 75w rating of that mini-inverter.
166 lbs 75 kg geared up. 5’11” 180 cm. Yeah, one of those skinny bastards. Don’t blame me, it’s genetic! On the downside the bike is almost a third of my weight so tossing it around is a workout.
The Revelation on my ‘19 Comp had 2 tokens installed. Per Rockshox website the default is 1 and max is 4. I removed 1 and it seems a bit more compliant. I’ve been about 25 mm away from bottoming but I’m not catching big air or drops, at least not yet. Using the Specialized suspension calculator...
@PaoloBLEvo While using smart power plus smart HR, in the bike monitor when I push "deactivate smart power" smart HR is still active. I prefer both to be deactivated for full manual control of assistance without it changing based on heart rate. Is there a reason why smart HR is still active...
“It's nice to use a phone with service rather than my BV6000s which was WiFi only.”
Connect a WiFi only phone to your iPhone using Personal Hotspot. No cell calls or iMessage so it is a compromise but at least you have internet access. I use it with my BV5500 while my iPhone is in my pocket or...
Try shuttle with a low support mode on level pavement, say close to default eco. Pedal with light pressure and reasonable cadence. Even at 40% shuttle it’s very noticeable. The bike effortless glides along without lurching on each power stroke like in turbo. I use it for riding back home on...
Nope. Dealer is wrong. Read the manual and you’ll see it’s for directly jumping to turbo mode. That’s the Specialized “S” logo, not S for shuttle. I wish it was shuttle, btw.
Maybe @PaoloBLEvo has optimized BLEvo using his personal phone/OS but some features behave differently on other brands/OS? Seems like Blackview users have fewer issues. (I think he has a BV6000)
On my BV5500, checking the box “avoid disabling the buttons when the phone is locked” in BLEvo config misc keeps the screen on and BLEvo buttons active but otherwise auto locks per system settings. Unchecked and the phone auto locks/screen off like normal.
@PaoloBLEvo , thank you for the many improvements, including my request for larger assistance keys! I also noticed the battery monitor now displays miles if BLEvo is configured to use miles and feet (used to always be km).
Is it just me or does BLEvo connect to the bike quicker?
@PaoloBLEvo
Is it possible to increase the size of of the +/-1 and +/-5 assistance level buttons on the monitor when not using smart power? They're very difficult to use, especially with gloves on rough trails! In landscape mode there's lots of space to the sides of the "activate smart power"...
What year is this for? On my 2019 Comp neither the charging manual included with my SBC-C04 charger, the full Turbo Levo user manual, or the downloadable pdf mention that 8 hour wait period.

Maybe not necessary on the latest...
Did it switch to ebikes allowed after the DoI order? Never looked at that trail until your post. Trailforks also shows ebikes allowed. Pioneer Trail--Burlington Ridge Rd to Lowell Hill Rd Trail at Nevada City
My LBS stocked the Park Tool FR-1.3 and it fits my Revelation perfectly but don’t know how well it’ll fit the freewheel. Some of their other models might work better for dual use.

Fair amount of flat riding to trails or just cruising around. 35,000 feet elevation gain per Strava.
On a side note, chain wear using my park tool cc-3.2 stamped steel jobby is rubbing at .5. Mostly dry conditions (purchased end of rainy...
I'm in the USA and bought the CooSpo Fitness Tracker which is on Paolo's compatibility list. So far so good but make sure to pair it using Blevo, not through your phones bluetooth settings.
As for tire circumference, 2385 mm sure sounds big. How did you measure? I prefer rolling along a tape...
