I went from 90kg to 82kg in the first 3 months of riding, now I have settled around 85kg but hope to shift more next year :)
I have noticed lower resting heart rate at around 55 from 64.
I think a lot comes down to what mode you have the motor in, I try and keep in Eco on flat and down hill...
Clean and lube the chain or take it off and leave in oil, the tyres I would keep checking if tubeless and keep them inflated. the battery leave at round 60% for storage, it should be ok in a garage but wrapping some insulation around the frame will always help.
The tickets sold out straight away for this, I read there was some sportive tickets left, I have to admit it does look great I have followed it online since last years but sometimes worry if I would be competent to ride it at speed haha
We have just had a red alert come through at work and saying 100 mph winds are coming and to start looking at where out drivers are so it's getting worse. Whitby is getting worse as as evening goes on but I wouldn't call it bad yet but I have just cleared everything from the garden etc and put...
I have just been called into work regarding the weather for the weekend and need to be on stand by which is a bummer so I cant make it, on another note I have also just been informed that forestry England have just closed all their sites from tomorrow because of the high winds, so it's worth...

Looking forward to the ride next week :) I was up there last Saturday and loved it that much I am heading back up tomorrow as well. going to drop the missus in the car park so she can go or a walk around too with the little one as he isn't well enough to ride.
Uberbike pads are good. I have a friend who uses them and I will try them when I replace these ones. Always Basic pads when the pads are supplied when new :)
I have not had any problems with mine, I bled them after a month of use, change pads to nukeproof sintered. and clean them before and after every run. Will be upgrading next year but that's down to personal preference only not because of the breaks
Honestly mate, go for the bike you prefer, there will always be a difference of opinion, I ride a Whyte were some of my friends ride different brands. It all comes down to in the end which one you like the most, both are great bikes and brands. Purely comes down in the end to what ou want.
