Levers have reach adjust and can be used on...
I’ve used quality shims in seatposts. But unsure if I would trust them in a bar situation…
Don’t use plastic or silicone!!!
Change of stem is a cheap option, does a friend have one with a 31.8mm clamp you can borrow to try?
If not some shims like this are available online:
I’m using Superstar Nano Evos on a number of my bikes. Nice large square edged platform which suit my size 13.5 clown feet.
Ive found my ankles/feet tend to roll off some of the smaller DMR V8/DX style platform pedals.
Specs say:
Weight: 440g (Steel Axles)
Weight: 370g (Titanium Axles)...
I ride Ebikes and my normal MTB. My Garmin auto uploads rides when I finish. Ive set my privacy to “only me” when it uploads. Then I can change the bike type to Ebike if needed afterwards and edit the privacy setting so everyone can see it (showing on leaderboards) if needed.
It stops my Ebike...
Just started doing mine this week. Never tried it before. @Slapbassmunky recommended it in another thread on here.
£12 slow cooker from Argos
£8 paraffin wax from eBay
Bit of 80/90 GL5 Gearbox oil from Work.
Even if I used a normal lube in between waxing that should help.
It’s getting...
Shouldn’t need it. This is something that you’re capable of in your workshop. Steel rule and sharp pencil and copy the dimensions above, I’m sure you have a drill. A basic Tap set isn’t much to buy either.
A metre of angle is available here, enough for many Rails! But they can cut to length...
Spoke to the LBS.
They chatted with the Bosch rep a while back, saying that 90-100rpm cadence seems too be a good range for getting the most mileage from the battery.
I’ve removed the lock to wire in my light, as I’m sure you did too. But never thought of doing the above as I will be charging my battery in the warm house over winter.
Let us know how it goes Rob ?
Leave the blue rubber in place.
At the pin end, prise the plastic cover up with a Stanley blade. It then exposes both pins. Push in the little barb and the pins will slide out together.
I did this at the weekend when I fitted a new sensor.
Could you run a spacer between your shoe and cleat on the shorter leg?
Or
modify a single sided spd pedal and fit a spacer/block to one side of you pedal you clip into?
Would need to have a removable spd attachment similar to this...
Bosch Smart System with 750wh is likely to only be on the Higher end Carbon bikes for 2022.
Because the 20% larger battery won’t fit current alloy or size small frames,
It wouldn’t be cost effective for them to have a new alloy frame yet for the lower end Rail models.
Maybe 2023/24?
