The gear you use for climbs effects battery usage to. I feel dropping to lowest for the climbs could save you a bit of percent compared to 15mph uphill. But let's be honest everyone buys an ebike to fly up the hills

I haven't looked into it myself but i think i read that you can install something on the wheel sensor. Every rotation is sent back to the controller. This would makes it that two rotations results in 1 signal back to the controller. Doubling the speed limit this would then also half the miles...
