is there a dongle out there that allows you to set the upper speed limit on the derestriction - or is it just full derestiction??

I haven't looked into it myself but i think i read that you can install something on the wheel sensor. Every rotation is sent back to the controller. This would makes it that two rotations results in 1 signal back to the controller. Doubling the speed limit this would then also half the miles recorded.

Thanks, but thats not what im looking for.......im looking for a dongle that allows customisation of the speed and not a removal or doubling of the speed limit
