Hi. Yes, latest firmware is installed. On the odd occasion it does reconnect, mostly not. it’s a shame the idle cut off time on the Levo can’t be changed.

Anybody know where to buy shorter crank arms in the UK. Probably 155mm or thereabouts. My issue is a new knee which has less flexion, it’s often uncomfortable at the top of the pedal stroke. Moving my foot forward on the pedal helps, but isn’t really the answer. The Hope ones at £175 are out...

Just changed the battery as the display was showing it to be low. Correct brand new battery and it doesnt turn on. If I press the battery and wriggle it about it whilst in the battery chamber but not in the cap it works, put it into the cap and it doesnt. Clearly its a terminal connection...
