Can anybody help please ..

When I try to add a preset to the app on my iPhone all I get is a an error message which says "Save a preset encountered a problem. Please try again!"

So I try again and the same message appears, this also includes when I try to change the presets I had listed already, I have now deleted these and have the factory preset only.

I have deleted the app and re-loaded it again from the app store and this made no difference.

Any suggestions would be most welcome

Are you running the latest version of Apple iOS? Maybe you need an update?

Had bike serviced and Specialized updated software plus IOS update. Issue now seems to have been resolved. Happy days ??
