    NeBD. Incoming Rise #2

Mine feels like the cut-out even when you stop pedalling for a second is harder than the EP8RS, so if you stop pedalling you get more resistance on the EP6. Although like i say, i need to back-to-back them both a little bit. Which i may get a chance to do tomorrow. It's deffo quieter though...

    NeBD. Incoming Rise #2

catching the morning sunshine IMG_20240410_082328 by Steve Weeks, on Flickr IMG_20240410_083648 by Steve Weeks, on Flickr trails are 99% lovely at the moment, properly nice. Weirdly at times the purple one doesn't feel like it rolls as fast as the orange... i'm going to have to take the orange...

    NeBD. Incoming Rise #2

First proper ride on the bike and apart from the horrible saddle, it's all sweet. Couple of clicks faster on the rebound than I first set it. But that's about all I changed. I'll probably add 10psi to the shock and slow rebound 1 click as I think it's sitting a big low. The Code R work sweetly...

    Dyfi bike park accommodation

Yup, that's the fella. We were there a few weeks back, lovely location and cracking pizzas. We sat by the window on the ground floor for a couple of hours on the way from Antur to Dyfi.

    Dyfi bike park accommodation

We stay in Oswestry Premier Inn which is an hour away. For anything closer it's either camping or AirBNB. We stayed in an airbnb which is about 6 mins away last month. https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/18223127?source_impression_id=p3_1712649435_YaAmR3wNbwFAoNrE It was perfectly fine and came...

Fort William World Cup Spectating Advice?

    1. It's an epic place. Get a gondola pass and walk as much as possible... amazing track 2. Perfectly fine, but they'll need to walk 3. Some yes... Glencoe for example, but that's not 8-10 year old kid friendly. However, as far as i know, if you've not booked already you're unlikely to get an...

    Weight gain from EMTB

I think i'm different to many in the fact that Ebikes are not for fitness or weight for me, the Ebike is the 'plaything' for me. It's the bike that enables me to lap more at lower efforts. I still manual MTB i still do lots of Zwift riding, the Ebike isn't for me to work on fitness, but more to...

    Giant trance where to repair?

They do have a chunk of spares and bits though that they can test with known good parts, which can often help narrow down issues and problems

    Other Coolest Levo colour ever?

That's a lot of work... but i really really dislike it... it looks like a chavved up Nova/Corsa.

New Orbea Rise bar config/setup ???

Moving it to there still wouldn't have resolved the issue of the dropper being too close to the newer controller, it's bigger than the previous one, both from the front and the housing underneath. It wasn't the brake location that brought on the problem. It's now like this, IMG-20240325-WA0008...

New Orbea Rise bar config/setup ???

MAte, that's not 'my' setup. That's how the bike came from the dealer this morning in a box.

New Orbea Rise bar config/setup ???

TBH with that dropper lever, you really can't anyway... it's just not 'right' in any position. The brake de-limiter tab doesn't help, but it's stil pretty much a deal-breaker, hence the fact i've cut it off and fitted a different one.
