Thanks for the info. The mudguard is too short to stop any mud getting on your back, however it does help to stop mud getting onto the "shelf" where the chainstay bolts onto the frame.
There were regular stops with using sticks and fingers to get it out. Problem being once it clogs up the jockey wheels with mud / twigs and leaves its a right pain to get out.
Hi. I had a look at the Sicomtb rear and it didn't look much different to what I have today. It does look as though it would help to stop mud flinging up on to your back more than what I am using now.
Greetings, I have decided to give Schwalbe 2.8 tyres a try, I have gone for a Eddy current on the rear and a Magic Mary on the front. First impressions is wow with the Mary, amazing amounts of grip, the Eddy current likes to run with lower air pressure than I normally use, this is getting better...
Great video - many thanks for putting this together. Do you recommend servicing the motors every year or 2 or basically wait until something starts to feel wrong and then look at getting it serviced?
I had Butcher 3.0 on the Levo when I got it, absolutely hated them. I am now running Maxxis 2.6 DHF on the front and a Maxxis 2.6 Rekon on the rear. I am very happy with this combo.
I went for a local 39 mile ride with 1400ft elevation and the battery was at 50% when I got back. I have a 2017 Levo with a 3.5 year old 504Wh battery. If you ride in trail or turbo mode, any battery will deplete quickly.
Took the Levo out tonight and the debonair upgrade and service has totally changed the performance of the forks. It is so much smoother over rough terrain compared to what it was like before. Strongly recommend it.
What a coincidence I did just did my forks today also, 200hr service and 150mm Debonair upgrade. The bike is sitting at the same height as before, I thought it would sit a little bit higher with 150mm.
I have the same issue periodically. Every now and then (few months) the creaking will start, remove the seat post, regreese it and all is fixed again. Enjoy
Hi all. My Levo Comp is now 3.5 years old and I was wondering how are other peoples Levo of similar age still performing.
My Levo isn't quite a Triggers broom yet, but there have been lots of changes since I first wheeled it out of a Specialized Concept Store in Jan 2017.
Motors, by far the...
I had a lever axle and this broke, the pin sheared within the lever (faulty) and I got a new one under warranty. The replacement is still in the bag as the warranty replacement took 2 weeks to arrive, so I went with a stealth one which I got the next day to keep me riding. That was 2 years ago...
