Yes, the replacement kit is the way to go and it's available between $100-$200 and the replacements is quite easy I think. Here's a photo of the kit. Guys who offer this can also replace the parts if you send them the engine.

But due the idea that 1 cycle = 100% battery and that a battery possible distance is about 30-50 km (it's a 504Wh) then 52 cycles would calculate to 1560-2600 km and all this on a restricted motor. A derestricted would be lower because the power usage is higher but your 600-800 seems to be more...

There's a bike for sale which has a derestricted motor. The app shows 52 cycles for the battery and 430 km on the odometer. Do you maybe know what would be the real distance?

Volume spacers should fix this. A coil spring may have an opposite effect (more bottoming) unless you'd use a heavy spring which will be less comfortable (plush). My way would be adding some tokens to the current air shock. That would be a lot cheaper.
