Hi, Specialized can’t do enough for you if there’s a problem (it just takes forever to get things fixed)
And you have to bring the bike back to the shop you purchased it or you have to pay at your LBS and claim back.
Having everything fixed when it breaks is fantastic but having a 100 mile round trip with a toll road each time starts to grind. The dealer and specialized have been ok with repairs but they don’t mention how long any repairs can take ( 18 days for new bushes on forks.
Hi, nothing but problems with my 2018 carbon Levo expert 3x motors 3x seat posts 2 batteries 2 control switch and a full refurb of the forks. Only had the bike 9 months in the shop for 45 days.
Specialized have offered the new 2020 Levo comp as a goodwill.
Am I the only person having bad luck with my 2018 Levo comp expert? 3 motors, 3 seat posts, 2 batteries, 2 control switch, full refurb of forks. (9 months old)
