Did some exploring up down East way this am. More dirt roads/trails than pavement up in this region. Managed to not get lost ha. Plenty of battery left from the 504wh.?
Seems about rite. We did 14.3 miles with 3000 feet of climbing yesterday and my friend had 25% battery left running the same settings. My Shimano steps with 504wh had 50% left using an equal mix of eco/trail and boost.
It seems odd that yurp would have a 15mph cut off due to safety concerns and the US have 20mph cutoff for safety concerns. To me it seems like it would be the other way around, but I’m not complaining!!!?
I don’t have a screenshot of anything. Just the miles, time, and average. And I said 14/15 on “those” sections which are the roads and fire roads that I ride at 17-20mph on the BMC with assist.
it woulda taken me at least 2:30 to do that ride on my acoustic bike that took me 1:56 On my emtb.
yeah my typical road ride to trails is 4-6 miles mostly uphill. Yesterday only 4 of my 24.5 was on pavement as I took trails home as I had the time. I wouldn’t have had that time with a 15mph limit.
And I can assure you that popping out of a techy singletrack into a fast open single or double track and putting the afterburners on with assist up to 20mph is way more fun than being limited to 15mph lol.?
speed limit is not irrelevant when comparing 15 to 20 mph for my typical daily rides which can include pavement miles to get to the trails and fast rolling dirt fire roads where I’m riding 17-20mph for miles at a time. With a 15mph cut out I’d be maxing at 15 unless going DH. The same areas I’m...
minion SS = a DHF or DHR 2 after a thousand or more miles on em so you can save yerself the money by wearing down those tires instead of buying a new pre worn down tire like the SS or a spesh slaughter.?
