Yes works mint, just be careful of the gap between the seat and rear tyre, if your sitting down at full compression it's gonna buzz your backside. Ask me how I know ?
I think they were concerned how the bike rides with the bigger battery, I honestly couldn't give a sh*t and would compensate my riding two turns into the ride. I've never not ridden with a water bottle because of the way it may make the bike feel.
Not sure if it works for you, but all you need is a little counter sunk screw to screw the kiosk to the base plate, I think it's M4 from memory, used in a lot of computers etc

Jesse sprung and tuned it for my weight, sag was spot on and I went out 1 click of rebound. So plush and so much grip, holds up really well. Lock out is locked out! Trail is actually really good but I just have been running it wide open with great success.

It works fine without the spacer, the rear tire gets very close to the seat if you have it slammed all the way down in the frame, but everything clears fine on a large rail 9. Shock and frame work perfect with blue spacer removed.
