Commencal bike is already super heavy. I personally would not want to ride a 60lbs bike around. I do want to get 2 batteries though for my next ebike.

It won’t be for sale until after I have replaced it with another ebike. At first I wasn’t a believer, but after a couple months on the ebike I don’t want to ride my normal bike anymore.

I do. Nearly every weekend I go on a ride 25+ miles (40km) and 5k’+ (1525m) elevation gain and have to use eco mode the majority of the time; whereas with a slightly bigger battery I think I could do a good portion of that in trail mode. Not sure how you are getting so much out of a 378wh...

The Essential is lower end components but all decent. Nothing I would say you need to replace right away. If you love it, you can upgrade suspension and other parts down the road. The Team is mostly all top of the line SRAM stuff. At least brakes and suspension are, which is the important part...

I prefer Maxxis 2.5 or less. But at the end of the day, tires wear quickly and you can replace it with whatever size you want.

Those prices are the same, but in US dollars for the hard tails. Maybe they made a mistake and all of those bikes should be USD? Would take the price way down. Will be refreshing the Commencal USA website all day to see what happens. Lol

I appreciate the links and references to other bikes with the new EP8 motors, considering that is one of the bigger selling points of the new Commencal. At least for me. And it's not like there is much other news out there on this bike right now.

Not at all. I had 2 different friends earlier this year order bikes that said out of stock and were multiple months out, and they both received their bikes within a week with no warning. I also know people that have had their bikes really delayed compared to what the eta was supposed to be.

Recycle it. You should be able to get a bike box from your local shop any time you want/need.

I would recommend a boxxer as they are lighter and easy to reduce the travel.
