LOL! No need bud, I appreciate what it feels like to be left in the dark... extremely frustrating. Look forward to pics and your thoughts on the bike. In my opinion it gets you riding more often and capable of anything you throw at it. Just Awesome!
I am not defending Europa Adam. I agree, their delivery service stinks. I had to ring them to confirm that they were still delivering my bike, as it was fast approaching 17H00. In my opinion, it is this stage of the delivery experience that is letting Canyon down!
Canyon use DHL till it lands in the UK, then it changes hands to a company called Europa, if memory serves me well. I took the day off to receive my Spectral:ON, it arrived 17H23.... ?
Polar and Garmin all post to Strava once the watch has synced to their dedicated App. I use Polar V800 mounted to the bars for GPS mapping and all other body metrics. Cant speak for its GPS navigation though, as I have never used it.
At that price I think I will give them a try myself. I did notice they only sell them as pairs... I have fired an email to them requesting if they could make a pair up for us Canyon owners with 2 different wheel sizes, or at least sell to us as singles.
Update:
Got a response from Matt at...
I have clocked 106 miles on my month old 7.0. Do a lot of small to medium size jumps and some rooty single track, no issues so far, but will keep an eye on it.
Agree Doug! Some of these unsavoury characters take it to a whole new level and place cheap GPS trackers on your vehicle whilst you're out riding.... People think I have lost something when they see me grovelling around in the mud/dirt searching for foreign devices attached to the under carriage!
Just a heads up for those of you who transport your bikes on racks and trailers. Always make sure you're not being followed, you stand the risk of becoming an easy target for thieves if they know where you live. eBikes are fast becoming popular amongst these scumbags, so have your wits about...
