Doubt it, other megawatt owners don’t have this issue. I’m sending it back as new as if I rode it it’ll be a warranty job and I’m not prepared to do that

i ordered one, received it and its going straight back. 2 scratches, which I wouldn’t be bothered about on their own (standard for wiggle) but there is massive play in the crank bearings/motor, to the point the chain rubs on the chainguide!

Mine is shipped and on its way. I do love Nuke for this. I ordered a Marin E2 on 1st december (release day) and I still haven’t got an accurate delivery date. I order a Megawatt Elite on Monday and its already on its way and getting here following Monday....

That would probably be enough to cancel my Marin Alpine Trail E2 order as I’m a big fan of Nukeproof, my Giga is the fastest bike I’ve ever ridden.

As you say, cost. NP is supposed to be good value. If the factory reactor/mega is £6k then a carbon ebike will be 7.5/8k and thats getting into rip off santa cruz / specialized teritiory!

Pinkbike reckon its carbon. Looking at the seat tube though (and the price point nukeproof hit), I’d say aluminium.

Jim-D, yea as I said there were only 2/85 left at 9am on 2nd December... 83/85 got pre-ordered on day one.

All these people complaining a 340mm bb is low for a 150mm travel bike - you need to learn to ride properly.... my normal bikes range from 325-335mm. My pivot firebird was 350ish and it felt way too high and top heavy.... Spectal ON mk 1 was 330mm, and that rode sweet!
