I’m now into my 3rd week for my specialised store with regards to my warranty repair/replacement of my forks and motor, forks are done but still no sign of the motor from specialised.
What would you consider a reasonable wait?

When I took mine in for 1st service and mentioned it was very loud, they put in s new motor! Didn’t expect that, still not got it back yet as waiting on decision from Rockshox on my knackered forks.
I’ve had mtb’s for years 11 In total including my fave yt Capra, know how to put in a Maxle, and it only came out once to go tubeless so they are in for a fight if they try to blame “user error”.
Currently using this it’s great!

Well my forks are going off to Rockshox tom to see what they have to say, I’m also getting a new motor apparently as my existing one is too noisey, it does “squawk” a bit at times, the mech said rather then take it apart it’s easier to replace.
we will see but when the wheel was put back on the Maxle did up with no effort at all and wheel and disc were perfectly in line and running free, the mechanic said he has never seen it before.
Took my levo for a 1st service today at my concept store.
On putting the bike on my car I decided to remove the front wheel. This proved impossible the Maxle was hard to turn and instead of easing, continued to remain tight! Decided to leave it to the mechanic.
