NZ I believe is 32km/h same as USA which is equivalent 20mph. South Africa is also 32km/h. Europe and UK is 25 km/h. Seems we follow the Europe/UK standard.

No updates via the app and I have not tried to make/save changes to the tuning levels (am happy with defaults)
Personally I just use the app to check bike stats and health.

All works fine on IOS with 2021 Trance X
My software version for 2021 Trance X is 20200916000 (was updated at store when I picked up the bike)
All tuning levels are there ie 360 and 50,75,100 for eco
Have not tried to change them.

Under top tube is a sticker, there is another stamped into the metal right down the bottom and the back of the seat tube. Can probably only see if the wheel is off.
It's the latest smart charger, and no, I have not pressed the button to limit the charge to 60%.
While on the bike it charges pretty quick to 80% then goes into trickle mode but even after 12+ hrs it is only at 90%, the green light is still flashing and never goes solid.

I suspect that error is coming up because our bikes are so new that our bike serial #s are not registered in their database. Which may also explain why we are not seeing any tuning capability yet.
