Where do I find the serial number on the bike? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Under top tube is a sticker, there is another stamped into the metal right down the bottom and the back of the seat tube. Can probably only see if the wheel is off.

I entered mine and it always says 'product not found'.
Trying to update the app on a new Trance E+1 and it always fails.
Giant still is bad at this stuff.
