I always have 2sets of wheels and the Duroc wheels were a total bargain £148 down from £500!! Light ,and come with 2 free hubs so XD or Shimano..these free hubs are £100 each..
Shimano 11speed cassette I already had as well as the discs.
Bars are 20mm rise and look better and stiffer lighter...
8 months old , faultless so far 750 miles.
Few minor mods ,nothing major yet.
Sun Ringle Duroc 30 wheels Shimano discs and 11speed Shimano cassette
Renthal bars and Continental Race King Protection tyres.
Mini muck protection guard modded from a front guard
I'm a bit ott with servicing but I...
Lol did you buy from Halfords..
Loosen the stem enough to turn fork 180 ° re-tighten stem clamp bolts.
Battery bolt won't be a problem to remove when required to fit new bolt.
As said go ride it
I tried all the usual suspects when choosing my ebike.
I was using a 2016 trek powerfly, sold to my friend and still going strong.
I didn't like the giant I tested ,Shimano
Same with the Focus
Same with a trek powerfly new model Bosch it still felt the same as old one.
Levo 2019 comp carbon...
People still buy Land Rover cars..they can only dream of a 5% failure rate.
The factory cant even sort some of the faults,
My son in laws franchise takes 45% of their turnover in Jaguar land rover warranty claims..?
I live in a relatively flat area of the UK.
My levo is nearly always in eco mode.
Heat may be a factor if thrashing up a long climb in full power mode in 100 plus degrees of heat..
Yes that's what I was getting at..
We have a 2019 Levo reliability thread , I was just wondering if anyone had fubard the motor due to experimenting ?
And if they would admit it after ?
Factory settings are fine, I was talking tampering..big difference as messing with reed valves exhaust and jets usually result in a seized engine on the little 2 strokes.
Unless you knew what's what..
Read a lot on here about levos motors ,but how many go bag due to interference?
Reading some reviews it seems other than severe abuse and pressure washing it seems to be the messing with power output greater speed that causes the big bang.
Any thoughts?
I ride clipped in so set all bikes up with a seat height of 87cm pedal axle to seat .
Bars tend to be about 10-20mm higher.
I tend to work on bar width -760mm on my Levo 740mm on my Epic.
Both have a 45mm stem.
The Epic would typically have a 80-90mm stem for xc ,don't work for me as it makes it...
2019 Levo here 7 months old.
I do use my other bikes so it does keep the Levo miles down.
1000km so far fault free.
Had my first off on it today on a 20 mile xc ride, big rut didn't unclip..?.
Bike ok ..me ok .
No wear and tear issues.
