🙂 they can be reversed and recompiled with trojan inside.
Until you have the checksum of the original apk you cannot be sure.
And if you use the smartphone for smart paymebt and similar I would not take the risk.
It normally means that the app will be removed from the app stores.
So until you have it installed it will work. At least locally between your bike and your phone.
Probably they will disable features like the one that checks for available firmware updates and/or options to send logs to Specialized.
This is exactly what I was talking about.
Thanks for sharing.
I would add that 6 years I believe is for a tyre that is stored and not yet used. Once you start using it the life span is lower than that.
Agree?
Thank you all for your inputs.
I am not riding too many km/year and not doing too many technical trails. Neverthless, when you need traction you need traction.
Hello!
Normally for cars I replace tyres after 4 years, no matter what is the consumption status.
Do you have any "rule" to replace tyres based only on their age?
Have ride Concepts livewire for about three years. I love them. Pretty durable shoes, nice rigidity, dry very fast and they are breathable enough.
The last summer I also bought a pair of Specialized 2F0 DH. Found them at a very low price so I decided to try.
The grip is unbelievable. Much more...
Today I got pop-up in MC suggesting to download the new app.
I did it, but I notice on the new one there is no way to check firmware and/or available updates?
Plus, I don’t quite like the way profiles for the power delivery are now configured.
Nice catch, never saw this before.
Looking at it on my phone it seems that it integrates mission control features with Specialized Ride app.
Interesting also that they released a new Mission Control version a couple of days ago…
Although dedicated tapes are expensive I think that they are worth every penny. We are not taping a wheel every month, so the cost is spreaded across a long period of time.
But when you need to remove Gorilla tape all the money saved with it will be spent in time and solvents to get rid of...
I definitely agree on this one.
For rear I recommend the mudguard from SKS Germany that can be installed with reusable straps (good for environment). Model should be “mudrocker”.
For front, if your fork has the air valve on lower legs, I 100% recommend the original fox mudguard. Very stable...
Excellent option for tight budget.
I love that decathlon manages to offer this ebike.
Last year I tried to get one stylus (old version) for my wife but it was impossible to find them in stock.
Hopefully with this model will not be the case! Good luck to anybody interested!
I had thule upride. Well done roof rack but I would not put an e-bike there without securing it with straps to handlebars. The horizontal oscillations of the ebike is extremely heavy on the system. Let alone the creaking noise while driving is just scaring.
There was a previous 3ad on this...
I would say that this review/3ad has sense. It explains two use cases for two devices that are for sure different.
But gives to readers the idea of what they are good or bad at.
