6ft 6 (35" inseam) riding the K4. max spacers (30 or 40mm can't recall), 45mm stem with a small rise, 60mm riser bars 165mm cranks, 175mm dropper. Took a little while to dial out some hand pressure but its pretty much bang on for me now.
