@PaoloBLEvo - sorry - you misunderstand me - I am replying to the OP who wanted a recommendation for a wrist mounted HRM. I find the Mio Link fine, and I didn't want a chest strap.....
Good to see Specialized responding. However, would have thought that, if nothing untoward was done, then a refund (full or partial) would be in order. Plus some training for the bike shop! After all (a bit like Oakley) we knowingly overpay for spec to get better customer service and...
BlackView BV6000 smartphone BV6000
All the joys of Android, decent battery life, tough, water resistant, cheap. Dual sim so additional likelihood of having coverage when out in the wilds.
Hi - they are £750 new, and this is very close to new. Unfortunately, your price isn't anything like close enough. Am still undecided about selling, but you'd have to be a lot higher to tempt me.
Cheers,
Russell.
chatting to a marshal on the EnduroWales event today (even saw a few emtbs there!) and his view was that they were fundamentally fine, but he got p***ed off with people blasting past on turbo without a request to move over - just being numpties themselves, really. On that basis, being called a...
my first mtb was one of the first mtb's - a Specialized stump jumper in yellow - think they were all yellow. No suspension, no decent brakes, no particularly low gears. If ebiking is cheating, then I guess anything that has come after that stumpy is cheating too. Fancy gears? cheat. Brakes -...
@breaky33 ah but I've still to actually get round to building it...... :)
though when I do I'll post up instructions and parts list for others to try. It's pretty much just connecting a few different bits together.
blimey that's damned expensive. I've just bought the bits to do this for my Levo from various Chinese suppliers and its cost me <£30. Just got to put the bits together now - so it's not quite so plug and play.....
I reckon people mostly look at % difference to new, so they are likely to maintain a slightly premium, imho. However, tech is changing rapidly and so now is not a good time to buy one, financially speaking. But if, like me, you want an emts, then buy one - have fun choosing, but don't choose...
hi - have now got all the parts, but am probably just going to tap it for powering my hidden gps tracker, and for a power connector for my front lights. Am debating putting it in though, but it might joust make the front of the bike too cluttered, and I'm not sure I need it. When I get round...
@stiv674 have spent half my afternoon looking into emts motor power and efficiency (yeah, I know.....) and I'm as unsure as you are about the numbers. However, if were to be scientific about it, we need to run more trials, so maybe if you keep an eye on it over the next few joint rides, a more...
