I have a 223 front and a 180 rear. Works very well for me. Both Magura 2 pots as well. I was gonna put the 203 I removed from the front on the rear, but the rear was so good, I didn't see the point of fitting a bigger rotor.

A bit of clingfilm on the threads usually works to stop a low tension bolt from unscrewing.....

What you did was the correct way to do it - once the pinch bolts on the stem are tight, the star fangled nut doesn't have much of a job to do...

Don't pull the old hose/Rockshox adapter - push it through with the new hose.

Can anyone tell me how the cables from the controller are routed to the motor on these please? My bike isn't near me to let me have a look myself. Are they simply clipped behind the battery, or is there another channel for the cables? It's the integrated battery Haibike. cheers D.

If it's GX or above, you'll need an XD driver body, if it's NX or below, you'll need the std Shimano style body.

Make sure the little retaining points are fitted into those slots in the socket - you might need to push and rotate so it clicks into place. Also make sure they're all present and not snapped off.
