Each led = 25%, so if the battery was at 20% when you started charging the first led would be flashing. At 76% and above the 4th led will be flashing. It just gives you a coarse indication of charging state without having to check the Mission Control app.

I opened up the non-drive side motor cover about a week after I had the noisy motor replaced on by 2019 Levo (bought 28/10/18, this photo 15/12/19). The work was done at Spesh UK, and as they fitted the foam to prevent debris getting in I wanted to do a quick inspection. There was a very small...
I’ve had the Ohlins on my ‘19 Levo for over a month now. It puts a smile on my face every ride, I love it. Takes about 10 mins to swap, and TF Tuned advised the right spring and set it up perfectly - I’m only one click away from their rebound setting.

The problem is if you fully charge them when cold, if the battery is taken to a hot temperature, e.g. a warm room, the cell voltages will rise and exceed the maximum allowed cell voltage. LiPos are very dangerous if taken outside of their safe working voltage.
I suspect that Specialized Rider Care was just a UK employee (now ex-employee?? ) who took it on himself to provide helpful answers. It may well be that as these issues escalated, the Mother Ship (Corporate Spesh) got wind and closed it down. Not unusual for big companies to squash...
Just a thought - Why not use the 504Wh battery and see whether it is enough? - your other half might be surprised with the available range. If it proves inadequate then get the bigger battery and sell on the other one. As others have said even unused it will lose a lot of money, a few charge...
I have charged my levo quite a few times using a generator without any issues. If you want peace of mind then choose a generator that has a ‘’pure sine wave’ output as that produces the closest output to mains power. The charger is a switched mode converter, and therefore may not work...
If the charger light is green it is not charging - remove the connector and check the orientation and that there is nothing stopping the connector fully mating. The 4 lights on the battery each represent 25% battery, so 3 solid lights = 75% but less than 100%. But it’s the charger or charge...
No - about 1000Km on mine. I do notice it gets very slightly louder from start of ride, maybe due to warming up, but it is very subtle, and I wouldn’t notice it if I hadn’t had a 2017 Levo for two years.

Yes it is part of the dealer instruction. Note that my bike had two stickers - one on the paperwork, and one on the underside of the downtube above the shock - you have to look to see it there.

About 160W being supplied by the charger, assume 85% efficient, around 24W being disippated in the charger, a small plastic box without a cooling fan. It will get hot, but still a lot lower than the component failure temperatures. Don’t worry.

Water will always get in the area of the motor on any e-bike - it is not a problem as the motor and connectors are sealed. If the bike shop is competent, they will either check that the foam has already been fitted by Spesh UK, or fit it themselves to the pattern provided by Spesh. I don’t...
Every mode can be tuned to what you want. So if you are a rider who needs more assistance, you would set your Eco % higher, Trail % higher etc. But the Levo motor has more torque & power available than most, so you might find that Eco is fine. With Eco I can go up the steepest climb that I...
I don’t use Mission Control to record the ride so I don’t record that, but mostly Eco, some Trail, and a couple of bursts of Turbo. At the end of the day, rider weight, age, fitness, willingness to push on the pedals, battery temperature, and the types of trail all have an effect on the range...
