How did you pick your eMTB?

Had never own a FS MTB or an EMTB, but after riding my wifes Giant Stance E, I was hooked and knew I needed an EMTB. I had a Giant Trance E+1 on order but it kept getting delayed over and over again (May 2022 - March 2023, I guess they don't make many in small). Thought about the Reign E+1 but...

    Pic of the Day

After a long days work, you don’t let the cold get in the way of a ride across town and up Knox mountain in Kelowna. First ride with a head lamp too, interesting and fun in the snow.

    Extra-Small, Full-Suspension eBikes

Hey Digital, I see you are close by. I am just down the road in Keremeos, and am just getting into MTBing. As for the right sized bike for your wife at 4'11", I just (last week) bought a Specialized Levo Comp and if you look at the size guide it shows the S1 at 4'11"-5'3". Would that not work...

What will be your next emtb? Lightweight or full fat?

I am sorta in the same boat with my choices. I am looking at getting my first emtb and was settled on the Giant Trance E+1, but have since been looking at the Orbea Rise H15. Not sure I want full power, love a good climb but want to go further than I can right now, so much area to see out there...

    Hardtail for the missus

I'll just tell you my experience with this situation. My wife was wanting a bike to come riding with me and we bought her a Giant Explore E+, and she loved it. Because most of her riding was smooth trail or road and shopping trips. Then she gotg more into riding and wanted to come other places I...

    Joining in from BC Canada

Nice! I can see this fruit stand from my back deck. If you enjoy riding gravel, unload at the start of the gravel down the Ashnola road across the red bridge. Ride for 12+ km to the Cathedral lot. Beautiful ride through the valley along the river.

    Joining in from BC Canada

After saying I would never buy an EMTB, hahaha, I am eagerly awaiting the delivery of my Giant Trance E+1. My wife suffers from chronic pain and nerve disorders thus making it hard for her to get out into nature. I finally convinced her to let me buy her a Stance E+. What a game changer to ETMB...
