Located in Keremeos, a small village just south of Penticton. So much great riding around here. And ya, when you are back in the area you definitely have to ride Mice! I used to live in Kamloops but never rode when I lived there (snowboard at Peaks as much as I could though). Work there often...
I have used the standard QuadLock mount on my bikes for years now. My phone (iPhone) has never had an issue and its been though rough terrain and a lot of vibration. The only issue was in a major crash (broke my collerbone), the phone got damage because it hit a stump when the bike crashed...
I've been using the Jabra elite active 75t for years now. Great for noise cancelation and have never felt like they would fall out of my ears whether biking, running or working out. Not sure about the new styles but I would definitely buy another Jabra product. Bought my wife some Active elite 5...
Bring your bike to work day, which to be honest is everyday for me! Leaning on the Station Control Panel.
Bring your bike for out of town work, hotels love it. Hahahaha.
5 minute ride from my house along the Ashnola river. My happy place for a peaceful ride.
I bought my wife a Giant Stance E+, exactly for this reason. Best decision ever. Full suspension, 29", enough battery for the amount of time you will spending on the bike, good price for spec's. And its more than enough bike to handle any trails she follows me onto. What ever you choose...
Went from no snow to 8" in 7hrs, and 12" by the time it quit snowing. Bike will be getting swapped out for the snowshoes I think. That being said, it's supposed to get up to 6 deg C this weekend.
Night ride with some work mates in my old stomping grounds, Kamloops BC. On a training course for a week. Gotta love company paid EMTB vacations hahaha. 3 of us ride so it’s always awesome when we can get together.
I have the Alloy as well. I have different presets set up in the app to give me different riding modes. I have a "Trail" preset where the 3 levels have specific settings, then another for "Climb" with different settings for climbing forest service roads in my area, and then one for general...
I was looking to do the same thing, so I have a preset with ECO setting of:
Support @ 15%,
Peak Power @ 20%,
Acc response @ 40%,
Shuttle @ 0%.
This seems to get me the same workout as my XC bike on the trails I ride. Hopefully this helps or at least gives you a good starting point, then you...
Loaded the new app today. Signed into my account and I see all my ride history but it won't let me "Add Bike", any ideas? I turned my BT off/on, turned bike off/on, restarted the app, it won't find my bike!
