I was in my local shop today and the mechanic was raving about the new Cubes due to be released, said he could go into much detail but said they were sweet looking, had a head angle headset flip switch or something,!70mm travel and components were high end
Mine turned up today
Went with a Uk 10 and tried on with normal socks and sealskinz and they fine perfect
Due to getting really cold feet and hands I always layer up on socks
These will work perfect
Good write up
I would hazard a guess that the water has indeed came down your legs and into the socks causing the damp
This is one of the reasons I started wearing trousers
Helps fend off the splash and stave off it running down my legs and in to my socks/shoes
Mine should be with me soon and...
Having never used Goretex and the shoe only being ankle height then chances are yer feet ain’t staying dry long are they
First puddle and the shoe is full of water
Goretex ain’t going to keep yer feet dry if water gets in down the BIG hole ye put yer feet in
I had Shimano XT but swapped them
Out for Magura MT5 Fabio wibmer ed with single finger levers
Great when they work
Bastard when they don’t,They hold air really badly
Because my wheels are centrelock and I’m not paying out stupid money on new wheels
Hense me asking if 6 bolt adapters are ok
The centrelock ones I have one is bent and they’re hard to come by
So I’ve been using the Magura storm CL rotors but bent the rear and wondered if there was anything else in 2mm thickness that I could run
Or safe to run centrelock to 6 bolt adapters
Also is the TRP 2.3mm rotor too thick for the Magura calipers
So been on the Fox 36 grip2 a year now and still messing around with it to get it set perfect(never really understood the hi/lo compression)
So watching the video on getting progression set, never ever done this!
Do you do the bounce test with all settings fully open or with the Fox recommended...
