Are expensive bike lights a rip off?

I do agree with there being far too many options with daft button pressing to get to things. The on/off I can handle, but as you say, what with the strobe when turning off?

    It's a plot by Fox.

The fox 34 performance was lacking finesse on my SL for sure. I swapped mine out for a Rockshox Lyrik ultimate, it's absolutely brilliant. I highly recommend. It will only add about 100+ grams to the bike.

Levo SL Gen 1 Levo vs Levo SL

The levo motor is powerful and thrusts you forward just by turning the pedals. The SL motor just assists you and has barely any noticeable torque. Different levo assist levels are massively different in power distribution, there's not an awful amount of difference between 35% and 100% assist...

    It's a plot by Fox.

I put a real motor on on a bike and it wasn't 500watts😆. It was 16000w. Your idea of 'should have bought a real motor' is just so naive.

I snapped my rear 6 bolt rotor clean off whilst riding. Damn!!!!!

so it was the hub that failed... not the bolts?

I snapped my rear 6 bolt rotor clean off whilst riding. Damn!!!!!

I reckon... bolts had no threadlock on them and they've came loose and then sheered off after a time of being loose with repeated braking.

    It’s finally happened…..bike won’t turn on.

It could be as simple as a resistor burning out. I've had that happen on a £600 controller in the past. I had to send it back to Russia where it was made. Cost a fortune in shipping for the tinniest of parts.
