I have just put a 2021 FOX36 (ebike edition) in my Turbo Levo and I can feel the difference from my previous 34. I have also changed from 150mm to 160mm. I usually go uphill through narrow technical paths and there’s no problem. Ebike edition has solid fork head. Here’s my video!

I have the same problem. I think plastic has folded a bit.... I also tried to uninstall a little washer in the frame side but it didn’t work. Maybe the solution is buying a new one but we’ll try everything before!!

Hi!! In my opinion, it doesn’t sound normal. I can identify the differences because the broken ones sound a bit like “having throat problems” (hoarse voice). Mine is healthy. It also sounds loud (only at high cadence) but it doesn’t sound that rough or raspy. I hope it helps!
