No idea, I don’t order anything off of there. I read somewhere, can’t remember if it was on here or not, that a guy in the US was trying to order one through Aliexpress and was told by Amflow that there would be no warranty coverage unless bought through an authorised retailer.
I was chatting with my mate in the US last night, he’s a gold level Pivot dealer. He said he foresees the LT to be discounted by the summer time, evidently they’re not selling. He had 2 customers cancel their pre-order as soon as they found out it wasn’t going to have the new motor on it.
Axles snapping and pawls shearing is pretty common, even after the updated manufacturing changes. The bearing life has always sucked with I9, even more so if you ride in a lot of wet weather.
The classic hubs are better than the Hydra hubs but I still wouldn’t use I9 anything on an e-bike. I’ve broken a few axles on my hydras and I’m not even a big guy, seems to be a pretty common thing with them.
Spesh doesn’t “officially” support it but it’s easily doable. I got the idea from Brink as they did it to one of their shop bikes. It’s a simple few clicks in turbo studio and that’s it.
You can easily upgrade to the mastermind TCU, not sure why your dealer is saying you can’t. I went the opposite and downgraded to the older TCU so I could do away with the handlebar remote, it took my Spesh dealer like 5 mins to do whatever changes in the software that needed to be done.

DJI might have jumped the gun with the spec listing, SRAM is releasing cable versions of their transmission drivetrains soon. I’m guessing they had the dealer info and their web design person slapped that in there without thinking about it…..or they got lazy and cut/pasted info and didn’t catch it.
Zyrofisher is the main SRAM importer for the UK so anything SRAM/Rockshox will go through them 99% of the time. They’re not that great to be honest, I had the same issue as you trying to get small SRAM parts ordered. My LBS was upfront and told me that Zyro sucks with their delivery dates. I...
They show the LH in stock and the RH in stock with their supplier.

Bike Tart has the left and right side in stock if anyone is still looking for these.
I’m collecting parts for my next build and I’m thinking of going with the shifter/dropper combo from Zirbel. It will do away with the AXS pod altogether...
£1000 isn’t really that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things, it’s pretty much our monthly grocery bill🤣😂
I wouldn’t have been able to use the scheme anyway as it would have to go through my wife. As soon as she saw the £830 a month she flat out said hell no, there’s no convincing her...
£10k originally, they ended up giving me the Spesh discounted price before it was announced then gave me another discount for paying cash and another discount as it was the last one they had in that size. I ended up paying £7500 for the bike. I was told that if I used the cycle to work scheme...
I mean I get that, but I was under the impression the monthly payments would have been less, especially with the way everyone talks about the scheme. I was kind of shocked when I saw that £830 figure. I ended up just paying cash, then the shop gave me a hefty discount so the scheme would have...
I’ve looked at the Cycle to Work scheme and still don’t know how it works🤣😂 I don’t work here as I retired early before moving to the UK. My wife is employed by the council, when we looked into using it to buy my Levo it was going to be something like a £850 deduction every month for a year!

I’ve had an old XX1 AXS setup since 2019, the derailluer has been through hell and back but still works like a champ. It’s in my spare parts bin if I ever need it but it’s been super reliable. I’ve had issues with the new transmission stuff though, SRAM took care of it under warranty.
My mate uses dielectric grease on his GX derailleur and it’s survived the weather up here in Scotland so far. It’s just a poor design that traps water around the pins, still can’t believe SRAM didn’t discover it during testing.
The battery sits vertical on the XO and XX derailleurs but is horizontal on the GX. It’s a different design so it could be made cheaper to meet a certain price point.
