The new Reign e+ is now out for almost two years and these are the first reports of broken rockers that I've seen. Or at least there are not that many that it has been heard.

The cabel covers wear out over time due to the constent load when being bent. I've asked my dealer but he couldn;t source it from Giant. I've ended up purchasing "PVC cable protection / Insulation hose (Ø 5 mm inside, 5m)" from Amazon, and they are doing a great job on all of my bikes now ;-)

I had the whole frame replaced just because there was to much paint on seatstrays and rocker.....

Everyone who is experiencing the slow charging or any other issue should raise this with the shop where they've bought the bike. Only if there are enough upset people and frustrated dealers, Giant will act on this.

It doesn't work for my two bikes. Sometimes they do not charge at all even when the green light is flashing on the charger.
