loaded the 48 V firmware onto the 36 V motor. My m510 came as 48v and did exactly the same. With me it was better when switching from 5 assist levels to 3. But also then it still occured sometimes.

But i do not think that my problem is the on/off switch - if that one should be faulty i should not be able to use it switching on the battery when connecting the bike to the Besst Tool and trying to read the data of the controller: this only works if the battery is ON. Therefore i doubt it has...
So you mean the part underneath the battery where 3 cables come out of some white rubbish like in this pic at the bottom? And do you know if the voltage shown in the Besst Tool would then be too less to bring the display back on and that this might be the problem?
Guys, another quick question. Can it have to do with the Voltage that is showing only 50,74 V in the Besst Tool? In other screenshots (see other picture) of the Besst Tool when my bike was still working it always showed approx. 54 volts :unsure::unsure:

I already saw them, did already contact them if they have also a frame available but no answer at all 🙈🤷♂️. So i guess they are not interested in selling frames or just not so professional to answer customers questions 🤷♂️
How can you take this part out of the frame 🤷♂️? There are two screws, yes, but underneath tbe cables (3 pieces) are going directly into the motor area so you can not take off the whole battery connector or am i wrong?

Hey guys, i did wash my bike with some water the last day. After it I'd put the bike head over on the ground for some minutes to give my chain a good clean and some new oil.
I tried to use my bike but battery was only showing 1% eventhough it was fully loaded before washing it. Now my bike makes...
@ficorama installed the firmware we all could'nt install. Only now he tried the new firmware as mentioned above and it was succesfully installed. he will update us on the perfomrance of the motor and will also tell us how the motor behaves under 35 % of battery capacity.
I did not yet see a post from @Kyokushin with the newest firmware so which one did you install 🤷♂️? Dont think you have the one i got from Chili or did i miss something?
