Yes you can fit a coil on the 2021 model. What spring rate you need is hard to tell beacuse your weight with riding gear on and how you ride.
Go to tftuneds website and they have a very good calcylator that you can write in all parameters and they rekommend like 2 - 3 spring rates for you.
after a bit of googling I seem to find the answer, and it is a regular fox 36 that is e-bike tuned. to me it is still a bit misleading when vitus themselves write that it is a fox 36 e-bike. why not just write that it is e-bike tuned.
