Went on a proper ride on it up forest of dean today, must admit it's a fun bike. Just not sure if I can deal with that noise ? considering my 18 levo is quiet as a mouse, it's like specialized have gone backwards in technology. Saying that I seen a chap on same bike and his seemed alot quieter ??♂️
Its loud pretty much in every gear. Even in eco just cruising along. Sounds like it's going to seize up. Then when you build cadence up it's just a high pitch racquet.
Just picked up my demo levo sl ready for tomorrow, had a quick spin around the roads, it's so loud it's embarrassing. Not sure if its because it's a demo bike and been treated like shit or if that's normal. ??
Got a demo ride booked for this Thursday on a large comp carbon. Soooo excited. Don't wanna let my 18 levo comp carbon go though ? been a fault less 3 years of ownership.
It's like their ebike waterless wash. What a load of shite, just end up smearing dust around and end up with a sticky bike. Rest of their stuff is good though.
Theres a decent leisure lakes shop in west Brom, 15 mins from Wolverhampton. I wouldn't buy a bike that you're not to keen on. Especially at prices nowadays.
Now my bike is out of warranty, is this the right app to unlock the speed restrictions? I'm not really interested in the geeky stuff like, mapping, miles, elevation, heart rate etc.
Bloody good review that mate ? I've yet to test ride one yet, but for me it seems to whiny and to much hard work compared to a full fat levo Haha. Hitting the turbo button and roosting back to the top is what ebikes are all about for me. Plus I like the weight of a proper ebike, it thumps...
