Hope rotors fit normally. Hope V4 calipers don't fit on the rear because they foul on the upper rear stay. Obviously they'll fit on the front but there's no way to fit them on the actual frame.
Sounds like you bought the wrong side with shorter cable? Or did the shop order it in for you? I always do my own work and have never trusted bike shops. They remind me of dodgey car mechanics (I also maintain my cars).
If you order the right one, you can set it up like below. Screen on the...
You can get anything to fit if you move the shifter far enough down the bars. The new E7000 shifters should be coming out very shortly. I'll be getting one I think as they look a little better and more ergonomic.
Guessing you don't have the 900e. Sounds like they didn't set it up right from new. Not crunching gears under power will definitely help along with better chain wrap around those smaller cogs.. But if they're slipping I'd also check chain wear and consider a new cassette.
The bend in the seat tube will prevent you from slamming a dropper. I removed that garbage Reverb before my first ride and replaced it with a Bikeyoke. You need to modify the actuator to insert the bikeyoke to the bend... But I have also tried a OneUp dropper. They can be inserted the most from...
Your battery won't last long in constant turbo. If you layed off the burgers and chips, trail and eco would still get you to the top and save you from having to carry an extra battery.
I think you'll find the e160 more fun than the Kenevo because it's noticeably lighter UNLESS you're smashing...
What will you replace it with?
I got rid of my OneUp (didn't like it) and wanted to go back to my Revive.. BUT.. I was annoyed with how the Bike Yoke's actuator hit the inside of the seat tube when slammed (see picture).
So.. I simply hacked the tip off of the lever/mechanism with an angle...
No but if you've got some slack in your cables then I'd expect them to rattle a bit (in the down tube). There's nothing really else that should be rattling.
That's NZD? Still that's about $9kAUD which is more than I would pay for a bike to be honest.
You can't blame them though.. With how popular the 900E has been, they'd be silly not to up the price. I remember the first release price of $6999AUD now seems cheap compared to what everyone else is...
