Sorry, just to add when cassette moves so does the chain and front chain ring as well. Help!! ?

So go easy on me as 6 month newbie so haven’t known this before.... Pedalling and all is fine. Stop pedalling and hold the pedal in hand and the cassette moves every so often causing a manic noise... Fault and cure from you wise people out there... pretty please.

I was wrong, had to do same as previous and stick on an extra 4inches!! Best go XL!!

Yep, using. LifeLine Shock Pump | Chain Reaction Cycles but each time I unscrew the air comes out. I will have to investigate tomorrow with your explanation. Thanks

Why does it take me at least 6 or 7 goes at pumping up my shock and getting the pump off without letting 90% of the blessed air out! I'm pretty heavy so have it pumped up pretty high and every time I do, I let more out than goes in. Is there an experienced pumper out there with a solid gold tip...
