Know how you feel! I could not reset my log in details from the app. got a link from LBS and reset log in & PW. now fine. if I have a prob getting it to see bike. I delete bike, go back to log in, go to setting's, my bike, + , & it finds it.

That has happened to me too, in the past. now I stick to 20 / 45 / 100. seems to work ok for me & the 32 to 36 is helping my speed & trip average to be quicker , but still have to do a group ride . Hope your enjoying your new bike!!

They e mailed out a link, months ago. you need to go to that link to reset name and password. I was having that trouble, then LBS sent me the link & solved my log in issue.

Well I have ridden 100k with the 36t crank, love it! used it on paved and rough dirt track. I'm faster , as time myself most rides I do and have cut trip times down. was mostly using 20% eco, battery range same.
