Thanks Tim, yeah I'll be on hand to move the box myself. I hadn't even heard of Europa, spent the whole morning onto various DHL customer services and not one of them could even tell me about Europa, I am so glad I posted here.
thanks Again.
New bike day tomorrow, hopefully :-)
Thanks I give that a go, I get live trackcing info from my shipping confirmation from canyon, but nothing has happened since last saturday on the tracking so I guess its not upto date,
Has anyone recently ordered a bike from canyon to be shipped to the UK and had issues contacting DHL Euro freight? Tracking has it located at the Greenford depot since the weekend, and DHL UK don’t recognise the tracking number??? Says delivery by appointment only but are not replying to my...
Think there are two very different classes here, throttle assist which is like moto-x and should be on tracks like this, then their are 'proper' pedal assist Emtbs which should be racing on endura style trails, I don't think they should be mixed in the same competition.
I've watched five minutes of this and the guy in front (Yellow/black) isn't on a normal emtb, it is way faster than pedal assist, how is that fair competition ??
I'm thinking about getting a Garmin 530. I have a canyon spectral:ON with the shimano E8000 motor, but the display unit is an E7000. Could I use the Garmin 530 in place of the shimano display and still get all the battery/motor info ?
Struggling to find any good MTB/Ebike related videos on...
yeah until Monday 19th. I'm hoping I can order one before then. They seem to do flash sales for a week or so at a time, last sale was during the Tour De France, then prices went back up again.
Had a look on the canyon site, is there anywhere I could download the manual for the spectral:ON ebike? Also does the shimano battery have to be removed from the bike to charge?
About to order a 2019 Spectral:ON 6.0.
Can anyone give an approximate range on a running in ECO mode on the shimano STEPS system ?
Just basic fire road/light trails etc. I know range can be very subjective due to many factors, just looking for
a rough guide of what to expect.
My old Giant...
thanks for your honest opinion. I really do like the looks of the Levo but I am worried that my budget will only stretch to the base model which is currently reduced from £4k to about £3,500. I have been swaying towards canyon due to the spec for money comparison. i.e fox suspension coupled...
Thanks for the feedback, the canyon has the e8000 motor. My current bike is 27.5, I’ve never tried 29 or the mullet setup. Pitty canyon are direct they’ll be little to no chance of ever getting a demo. I do have Evans nearby but they don’t hold Levos in stock to Demo unfortunately. Something...
Budget £3500 or there abouts. I have rounded my choice to either a base model 2019 Levo 29ner with Rockshox suspension or the Canyon Spectral:ON 6.0 with 150mm Travel Fox and 29/27 mullet wheel setup. Both having a 500wh battery. I like the idea of the Shimano system being reliable and good...

I am 5'10 and is perfect for me. 27.5 Wheels.
Three months old and in good condition.
500wh Battery had less than 15 charge cycles. Range is...
I like the spec on the base line 6.0 using fox suspension and all, for the £3500 price tag it looks very appealing. I would probably prefer an integrated battery but the external certainly isn't a deal breaker for me. Just wondered if they had plans to release a new frame before Christmas this...
Has anyone heard anything about a new spectral:ON yet? Look to possibly get one and wanted to know if the 2020 models are due anytime soon. Also do you think canyon will go down the internal frame battery route or will the new bikes still have the same battery/frame layout?
