Let see some pics of your bikes, clean, dirty, with you, without you, on a ride, parked up, blinged up, stock whatever.
Trying some new gloves, like them so far, only had 2 rides with them though.
G'day mate, not the 19 Levo but i tried both the 18 Levo Carbon Comp and Kenevo(base model) before buying the Giant. I actually preffered the Kenevo out of those two and then i test rode the Giant E Pro 1 which i ended up purchasing. Everyone one is different though, mybpoint of view is that you...
Hahaha, how's that, just after posting the above my dealer rang me to ask how the bike was going and double check all the info we have regarding it turning itself off so he can talk to Giant Australia with the issues. I asked about the pads and he confirmed Sintered pads.
G'day Henry#40, i would imagine they would use sintered, mine have a slight howl about them when rolling and i couldn't imagine them using pads that would wear to quickly from factory for the average rider. I have no basis for this other than it makes sense to me, could be totally wrong and...
Yeah, apparently the lock adjustment has to be just right or the movement will shut it down. My battery is locked in a lot firmer now, which is noticeable when removing and installing the the battery. I had another issue the other day with the switch powering up after i washed the bike. I washed...
To early to tell mate, i only use it on the 1st power setting and so far on 4 seperate rides approx 24-25klms with about 420mtr elevation on the tracks in the same area as the above pics it has used 1 light out of 5. So a theoretical 100 klms, but terrain, harder climbing all sorts of variables...
Paul is a bit of a trend setter ?, nah we don't wear guards, pretty casual mate. I was only saying to a mate the other day, with our motorbikes, we wear helmets, body armour, boots etc, we jump on these strap a foam esky to our heads and off we go, pretty funny.
G'day mate, nothing major, on my 1st ride bike was great for about 15klms, then started turning itself off. I rode another 9klms and it did this 8 times. Would alway's switch back on no worries, more frustrating. Then when i got home i thought i would read the manual and whislt reading, throw...
Had a quick ride this afternoon with paul sonofwilliam after work. Really enjoying the bike, it's had it's teething issues but they seem to be sorted and its a cracker.
Ride was in our local Nerang State Forest where we were lucky enough to have the Comm games in Aus this year...
Thanks Rob, wasn't meaning to be rude at all. Just whenever trying to find any info etc, anything regarding Giant seems to be all over the place, thought maybe having all the relevant content in one area might make it easier for anyone with a Giant EMTB. Much appreciate yours and all the other...
Hey Rob, where is the love, where is our subforum for Giant riders. We have fun, we have issues, we buy parts, we take pics, we ride, we need somewhere to play as well.
Is it possible, save looking for posts all over the place? Seems to be a growing number of owners around now.
Good review, thanks for posting. I was amazed at the difference between the Large and Medium Giant E pro 1when i rode them. We were lucky enough to take both a large and medium on a test ride and for me personally it was night and day difference. I started on the large and was having a good...
