Yo Jamie,
Can't really offer any advice on the bike, but I have a place in Carvoeiro (near Portimao) which I spend a few weeks every year. Hoping to make it a permanent residence in a couple of years, and definitely taking my Levo with me!
Love it there, and really missing the sun after...
Seems the perfect advertising platform to me... Snake gets stickered, snake sheds skin... new platform... new stickers... you might be on to something there...
Awesome!
I've been away for the weekend and my neighbour passed me a package when I returned this morning. Contents: one awesome looking (and feeling) shirt in XL. Fits a treat - a bit baggy (what I wanted) but arm length is spot on for my 6'5" frame.
Free stickers too!
C'mon peeps, buy...
That photo, by the way, it looks like you were going for "mean and moody mountain biker" but I'm seeing something more like "sh*t!...is that a snake?..." :)
Can't wait to receive mine... (shirt, not snake)

Hi,
If you have the latest firmware on your 2019 Levo, then you're out of luck - they have plugged that hole (which sucks...)
Good BLEvo thread on the forum here:

OK,
As others have mentioned could be water ingress after you washed it (please tell me you didn't use a pressure washer :) )
I don't know your technical ability so; lay the bike gently on its side, charge port upper-most. Pop the battery charge cover off, remove the battery retaining bolt...
Ouch...
Who else thought 'Dentist From Hell' when they heard that?
Good to know Specialized was on the case though, hopefully, you'll be sorted and back on the trails soon
Wow, OMG, I'm obviously in the presence of a greater mind so, I'll go punish myself by drinking more beer...
However...
Go here: Motion Ride's 170mm Linkage Fork - Eurobike 2018 - Pinkbike
I'll quote for you:
"The big promise with linkage forks is the anti-dive characteristics that, in...
ooo.. Leading link forks... nice.. Should stop the dive/compression under braking. I look forward to the review... (y)
Hate to think how much a set costs though, they look expensive!
hmmmm...
I can hear all the E-MTB haters now: "see.. this proves it... they're motorcycles!"
Not sure I like the idea of seeing them at an MXGP, for them to be embraced by the mountain bike crowd it would need to be a UCI event?
I did pretty much the same, except sub 'Whyte' for 'YT Decoy'. Really pleased with the Levo, but you're going to have to make up your own mind.
You can wait until Autumn / the end of the year for the 2020's or get something 2019 with some discount. My buddy has a Merida 160, which is a great...
Ok,
Just pulled the trigger...
2019 Specialized Comp Carbon.
Went to Berkshire Cycles and spoke to the awesome Chris who sorted me out and gave me some top advice - and a hat - but that's an entirely different story. Turns out in one of those 'small worlds - but I wouldn't want to paint it'...
Lots of good feedback here, thank you all.
Yep, I've had a trawl through the posts, not good reading, which is a shame... If they had a reasonable delivery time frame I'm pretty sure I would have hit the big 'Buy' button by now.
As you mention, there's a lot of choices out there.... which...
Hi,
Thanks for the replies all, much appreciated.
I must admit I like the Levo, it looks purposeful, and I like the idea of a 'dealer on the doorstep'. Also, knowing that someone of my size is comfortable on one helps a great deal.
To be fair the guy in the Specialized store said to me "wait...
Hi all, new guy on the block (go easy on me) ;)
I’m 6’5”/195cm, 53 years young looking to get my own EMTB after renting a Haibike NDURO on holiday in Portugal.
I’ve plenty of off-road experience having ridden motocross for many years then turning to mountain bikes: current bikes are Marin...
