BLEvo question. Help needed.

I’ve downloaded BLEvo and have a 2019 Levo Comp. I’ve connected to the bike no problems. When I go into advanced user and change the top speed from 25 to 45 it give me a warning, no problem, and then says restart the bike. So I restart the bike and when it reconnects the speed is set back to 25. It won’t stay after the restart. Please help.

If you have the latest firmware on your 2019 Levo, then you're out of luck - they have plugged that hole (which sucks...)
