Loamy soil will always clogg your wheels. No big difference if you have mudguards or not. The mud will stick between the chainstays, the forks, everywhere where parts are close to the tyre.

I read about the battery cover coming off sometimes. Had some round velcro pads laying around in one of my drawers. They fit quite good into the pattern of the cover and stick together without bulging the cover. Time will tell if this will keep the cover at the bike.

It's my new primary bike. The 6 will stay with me because it rides superbly with all the upgrades. So, in case I'll have to wait for spare parts I still can go out and shred ;)
