The only thing that would make me hesitate with cheap copies is the UV protection.

Levo Gen 2 Specialised Turbo Levo Regular Maintenance

I'm very satisfied with the KMC "EPT" chains. The anti-rust feature does work and combined with wax it's a perfect clean and efficient solution.

Light Weight Jam2 vs Bigger Battery eOne-Sixty for Commute

Couldn't find the exact weight but the carbon Plus version is 21kg so I'd expect the aluminium is very close to the 22.25kg of the Merida.

Light Weight Jam2 vs Bigger Battery eOne-Sixty for Commute

On this page it's not a 2018 model (10 speed, Recon fork, dropper post). JAM² Plus You mentioned the weight difference but I think these 2 bikes have a similar weight, around 22kg.

Light Weight Jam2 vs Bigger Battery eOne-Sixty for Commute

Not really. The motor no, the battery will and the autonomy will suffer. No issue for your commute but it will not do 3-4 hours at full assistance.

    bosch motor differences

I would choose a bike with the same battery that your main one, to have a spare on hand if necessary. If it's of no importance you should choose the bike and not the motor.

full suspension, 500 Wh battery, less than 18 kg!

The S-Works is 21kg, no? I'm also skeptical but it's clearly written "17,85kg garantiert +/- 100g". Motor: 500g Wheels: 50g Tires+tubes: close to 1kg Dropper post: 150g Saddle: 115g Fork: 300g The frame is also apparently lighter but how much weights a carbon frame like this?

full suspension, 500 Wh battery, less than 18 kg!

At 2.9kg, the Shimano motor weights 500g less.

Hi, Newbie from bay area with question?

All the Brose motor didn't have the same connection and parameters possibilities. Specialized is the best for this. With Bosch you need the Nyon display to connect to your phone. Or the Cobi interface.

full suspension, 500 Wh battery, less than 18 kg!

No, it's a standard Shimano battery. But there is carbon everywhere. Even the "low end" with "only" the frame in carbon has a decent weight of 20.5kg (€5'500).

Very pleased with it. All the informations I need. When I'm back home it connects by itself to upload the new data to the Bosch server. The tracks with data are available on the website and also on the app. Works well with my Rhythm+ heart rate monitor. The map/navigation is very useful for...
