It's a bad design anyway seen how big the giant battery is compared to other 500w batteries it should be a 700w at that size.

I havnt tested it yet mate but I have tuned the assist settings down to try and get more range.

I got my bike back yesterday and now everything is working as it should there must of been a problem with the bluetooth controlers on the handle bars as giant have a mk 3 model now so my app works and i can also acess the tunning. My local dealer peddlers in redcar have been amazing any problems...

My bike is the same Rawry that's what this thread is about lol crap range . Other people seem to get way more miles then us.

They are changing my Bluetooth control as well to sort the app out . Wonder if it was using to much power too.
